Unable to create/update fields: Data Loader

Hi, 

We are trying to update a new field that we created in Opportunity Poduct. We tried to upload the updated info back into production and getting the following error: 'Unable to create/update fields: PricebookEntryId. Please check the security settings of this field and verify that it is read/write for your profile or permission set.' 

What does that mean?  How to fix it ? and/or How do we update Opportunity Product info.

Check the profile and perimssion ser where thr record is not avaliabe for the profile.
given Edit and read permission for the field.

Go to edit page layout and try to add the field on page layout.you not be seeing the field label it means you have give permission for profile.

we are the admin and we have permission to all fields, and its PricebookEntryId, that is not able to be on page layout.
