Release Testing - UAT

I have a question regarding UAT for Release Testing. Who should be involved in testing that existing functionality or features are aligned with the latest release? Salesforce Admin or Business users? Should there be any specific scripts to follow to perform UAT release testing?

How do you manage UAT release testing in your org?

In UAT - Business Users should be involved ( Those present during the requirement gathering, those not there during the requirement phase but will eventually be using the product)
Testing should be followed on the same guidelines as that during the SIT phase (you can refer the same test scripts to them).

Use some 3rd party tools like (Assembla) to capture bugs, requirement gaps or new request.
