Roles | Portal user | Removing role creating issue

Hello,

I want to remove role of a certain user because of business need.
The user at present has role "Administration", i want  to change it to blank , i have done this steps for others users, which run with no problem but for one particular user it is creating issue, it is giving error like below

How can i resove the issue ?

Hi Sandrine,

Please check all the partner accounts where this particular user is the owner. Then change the owner of those accounts to some other user with a role. After which you can change the role of this user.
The partner account owner must have a role which is why its not allowing you to remove the role of this user.

I am not able to find the partner accounts and its owner, can you giud please

Go to Accounts Tab>> Select the "All Partner Accounts" from the list view.
Then find the acounts owned by your user.
