Hi Kullai,

Please make sure that you are going through the process correctly.

When you are on the login page I.e., on the above URL http://10.30.32.101:9021/ics/faces/icslogin.jspx you will be prompted to enter a username and password to sign in. Once you enter the username and password and click on sign in then, you will be redirected to the below URL http://10.30.32.101:9021/ics/faces/global

Once you enter the above URL follow the below steps to integrate:

Create Connections==>Create New Connections==>Select Oracle sales cloud==>Enter connection name==>Click on create==>Click on configure connectivity==>Click on ok==>After that click on configure credentials==>Click on ok==>Click on test button on top==>Click on save==>Click on exit

Then select the Salesforce cloud and follow the steps, hope you will be able to get it.

Please mark it as best answer if it helps you.

Hi Kullai,

As i have gone through some research by checking blogs and videos what i understood is that if you want to integrate salesforce with oracle sales cloud ==> Integrated Cloud Service environment must to be available.

Please let me know still if you have any concerns.
