How to attach a record in the encrypted field? It will be very helpful if you elaborate. Thanks in advance.

Koushik, you can't encrypt lookup fields, but maybe use a text field to store the ID and encrypt it ? 
Not sure what your business requirement is though, if you can elaborate, am sure you will get better answers.
