Trailhead login policy

What is the login policy for Trailhead?  Sometimes I get logged out for too many attempts.  How long do I have to wait to get back in?

My guess is that log-in settings are inherited from the org that you are using to log in to Trailhead with. Once logged in to your Trail org, you can check these by going to Setup > Security Controls > Password Policies.
