So starting Winter16 the rows in the Setup Audit Trail page are retreivable using the SetupAuditTrial object.

However there events that are shown in the Setup Audit Trail page in setup, which are not returned when queried the SetupAuditTrail object.
For instance the any login events for impersonation (Login In As) are returned by the SetupAuditTrail object, are such events audit trail events stored in some other object ?

I am following the book "Developement with the Force.com platform" by JasonOuelette.

When creating the Custom Objects, I did not check the box to be visible in a tab, and so I could not add this object to the Custom App I was creating. Now I have a created fields and relationships in the custom object. How do I add this Object to the Custom App?
