CASE Partners is continuing to expand our Salesforce.com practice and is aggressively seeking experienced developers and self-directed Salesforce.com experts to join our team.

As a CASE Partners' Salesforce consultant, you not only will be involved in traditional Sales, Marketing, and Service implementations and customizations, but you will also have an opportunity to participate in some of the most imaginative and creative uses of the Force.com platform.

We are looking for people with broad range of Salesforce skills, optimally including Apex and VisualForce technologies and expertise across the family of Salesforce Cloud Services.

• Strong programming background including Java, .NET, HTML, CSS, jQuery
• Salesforce integration skills including with third-party ERP systems

Certification is not mandatory, but special consideration will be given to ADM 201 and DEV 401 certified individuals.

Located in downtown Dallas, the Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the day to day operations and maintenance of Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

Execute all configuration changes and proactively monitor system configuration and controls.

• Ongoing system administration, including managing security settings, new user set up, user deactivation, executing all configuration changes, data audits, etc.
• Understand all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications related to Salesforce release upgrades.
• Communicate regularly with all stakeholders to confirm functionality meets business needs.
• Maintain and communicate system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity.
• Support Marketing’s use of Salesforce, including assisting with mailing list generation/cleanup and process automation, as needed.
• Develop and maintain naming conventions of picklists, report folders, dashboards, etc, to improve system usability.
• Develop ad-hoc reports and analyze data.
• Perform mass data imports using API or import tools.
• Perform manual or automated data entry/clean-up as required.
