This is all in Salesforce Lightning.
I have a Case Feed Quick Action that uses a VF page to implement the apex:emailpublisher. I do that so I can set From, To, Subject, etc.

I am unable to copy/paste an image into the email body using that publisher. The emailBodyFormat attribute is set to "textAndHTML" and I don't see anyhting else that would impact it.

The standard Salesforce publisher (used for Reply/Reply All) does allow copy/paste of images in the same Lightning app, on the same record. All I can figure is that the apex publisher was not not updated  to support copy/paste images when the standard one was (Winter '19?). Am I missing something else? Thanks!

I'm not a developer. I'm hoping someone can tell me whether it's possible for a developer to code something to allow a user to use keyboard shortcuts to toggle between the Case Feed and Case Detail views? My users find it cumbersome and not very intutive to use the icons to do this.
