I've used the Import Wizard to upsert Contacts for years. Now it is throwing an error, even though I am following a tried and tested process!

Got an unexpected error while processing BULK-API. Contact support with error ID: 880674435-3284 (2113955596) Failed
Contact import error

A colleague is able to import the csv file, but I can't. I've tried in Sandbox & Production on two PCs.

Can anyone help? Salesforce Support say it is out of scope for them...
Anyone know why the following CSS won't work now that I've updated our (Sandbox) Napili community with the latest update?

Our company merged with another and we use their Salesforce org. I am still in the same job but have to access Trailhead with credentials for the old org. OK as long as the old org is kept live but I think it will lapse this year.

Is it possible to edit profiles? Or, merge two?
