Assertion Failed!: $A.addValueProvider(): '$Record' has already been registered. : false

Can anyone help? I get this error message when click to run the Lightning Experience Migration Assistant. It worked previously and all of a sudden I now get this error. I am also getting this error in my sandbox.

I am getting the following error when I try to run Lightning Migration Assistant: This page has an error. You might just need to refresh it. Assertion Failed!: $A.addValueProvider(): '$Record' has already been registered. : false >>> Any ideas?

I am simply trying to run the Migration Assistant, no custom code.  I've tried 3 different browsers, no joy.  Tried rebooting even - for some reason that cleared the error, but it came back again when I switched to sandbox to do my testing.  Now I am getting it in all sandboxes and production when trying to run this function.  Any ideas?
