From force.com site, we are creating opportunity and contact records. once the record is created, email is not getting delivered. But in debug it shows as sent.

We are creating an opportunity and contact record from the public site. Once the record is created, an email is not getting delivered to the contact email address. Only when we accessing from force.com site it is not getting delivered.
