I am learning through trailhead, so I  got a dev org and am going thru service cloud. (At first I had an org from the class I took, but it the dev org has more users in it, so I'm going with that one)
I want to add users like the ones in the example in the Get started wtih service cloud trailhead, but I cannot click them to have a service cloud license!!  (Marketing USer and Service /cloud /user are both greyed out.)  How do I activate this so that I can make users for service cloud? It seems like this will be a problem for doing future trailheads in service cloud?

Most of all I would just like an org with all the users in it that I need to do the trailheads.. or to be able to upload patches of users for the trail that I am working on.

Now that I've created a couple of record types for a custom object, how do change which record type is the default now that they are created?
