Hi I have searched similar issue but I can´t ask in salesforce formu due to this error so I am asking here.

After going to log into salesforce forum I see this error message.
Problem Logging In
We can’t log you in because of the following error.
REGISTRATION_HANDLER_ERROR: ACCESS_DENIED_playful-goat-477032-dev-ed.my.salesforce.com
I have seleted single sign on rule but this still happens. Anybody know how to deal with? I have also some issue with trailhead than I can´t finish so I hope I can post it here. No other choice.

Step by step guide to finish Module 2 of Process Automation Trailhead - Automate Basic Business Processes with Process Builder.
