Expected element '{http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/}definitions'. while importing to wsdl file (Enterprise wsdl Generated ) to latest SoapUI

When I add wsdl file to new soap project in soap ui i am getting exception Expected element '{http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/}definitions'. Can anyone please help me to solve the issue?

SFDC WSDL import SOAP-UI FAILS

Hi,

 

The Partner or Enterprise SFDC WSDL failed when imported into soap ui client. Here is the error thrown by soap ui. Any help, please ?

 

Error loading [file:/C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/Bureau/SalesForce.wsdl]: org.apache.xmlbeans.XmlException: org.apache.xmlbeans.XmlException: error: Use of undefined namespace prefix: xsd
