How to skip selecting record type in an object ?

Hello, I am using Outlook version 2016, due to corruption in the OST file I won't be able to access my OST file data, I already tried scanpst.exe to repair OST file. But it doesn't resolve any issues. Can anyone tell how to recover email from OST file Outlook 2016? Please help

Even if our devhub orgs/Production orgs  have Customer community licenses enabled the "Enterprise edition" sratch org
that we create through the devhub/prod environment doesn't have the "Customer Community" License available.
We cannot create "developer edition" scratch orgs because, we need platform cache memory availabe for our builds.

Does anyone know how to get the Customer Community license in an Enterprise edition scratch org?
