We are exploring Communities as an option to move away from a custom web portal. We have Customer Community Plus licenses and plan to use the Salesforce Tabs & Visualforce template.

We sometimes designate certain cases as 'Private'. These cases are associated with the community user's contact record but they must be viewed only by internal users. They must not be visible on the Community. 

Also a Community user must be able to see all cases associated with his/her account. 

Using Sharing Sets we can grant visibility to all cases that are on the customer's account. However we are not able to restrict visibility to certain 'Private' cases. 

I came across this Idea which describes my use case and it appears there is no standard way to do the above mentioned.

Nonetheless, I am seeking your suggestions on ways to hide certain cases from community users.

I sorted 'My Top Volunteer Organizations' Report on grouped level only.
Didn't sort on any non-grouped level.

How do I resolve this issue?
it looks like even system error or wrong error msg.
