Export Data Rich Text Area field without HTML formatting into salesforce

Hi all, 
i have reterive data from Account object there is one Rich text area filed, when i export report using Conga composser, then under this field <html> tags are coming. Is there anyway to export data into plain text. thanks

need help in Creating Test Data for Apex Tests

hello,

i am a newbie to salesforce and trying to complete this trailhead challenge and unable to find a way through apex to generate this method for creating new contacts with unique id. as one requirement to pass the challenge is "The 'generateRandomContacts' method must be capable of consistently generating contacts with unique first names."

If somebody successfully completed the task kindly help me.

Maximum Number of Approval steps in an Approval process

Is there a work around to incorporate more than 15 steps in an approval process. Our business process is quiet complicated and requires close to 25 steps to cater to the requirements.
