We are using Salesforce Classic still and have always had lost calls, pockets of silence, etc when our call centre uses InContact. They recently suggested we upgrade to WebRTC for better call quality. once we did a POC, we used wireshark to capture packets fragmented when getting to the salesforce subnet (13.10.xxx.xxx) which is causing the connection to be lost or reset.
InContact insists that music (http://xstafaband.com/)no other companies are experiencing this issue, albeit it appears to be documented in their release notes - https://help.incontact.com/summer19/EN/Content/Agent/SalesforceAgent/Voice/AgentForSalesforceIntegratedSoftphone.htm
Is anyone else experiencing these issues with InContact?
Hi Guys,

From last month itself I am not recieving any replies from Salesforce developer forum if i posted answers for someones's questions.

Before a month it's working fine. And also forum page not  loading fully only am able to see 10 - 20 Questions. Number of replies and Solved button also not visible in questions.

Any idea how to solve this...
