When I try to go to  https://api.einstein.ai/signup I get the error 'See https://trust.salesforce.com/en/blocked/'. I read the document and did not find Ukraine(Kiev) in the country restriction list. So, I should have the opportunity to login, but unfortunately I can't. Could you help me please?

I am trying to navigate to the sign up page at https://api.einstein.ai/signup - it brings me to the page to sign up using salesforce.  I am clicking on the sign up using Salesforce.
I click on the Allow access - and get "An error occured while serving your request" email already registered. 

Please help!
