I'm trying to access http://developer.force.com/codeshare, but everytime it's giving me error that the page is down due to maintenance from last 1 week. can any one help me ?

I am new, and practising the recruitment application in the pdf. so I need locations.csv and positions.csv, etc. Your help is appreciated.

I would like to know if it is possible to indicate notifications on the screen as it happens in tasks, that is, outside the bell.
Today the notifications in our org only appear in the notification bell, due to a process builder linked to a flow. Because the idea is to notify specific users as soon as a new lead is sent to the system.

The idea would be to indicate the notifications as presented on the website: https://www.lightningdesignsystem.com/components/notifications/#site-main-content

However, as I understand it, this type of notification works only for tasks and events.

I found the "PopUps for Lightning" application as an option (https://appexchange.salesforce.com/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P3A00000i4qaUUAQ) , but I would like the notification to be displayed on any screen that the user is viewing as a "pop up". What in this case I believe that a VisualForce would not help much, since it would be linked to a layout.

Could you help me? Is there an alternative to this need?
