Has anyone ever created a formula to proper case fields?

I have an object that has multiple expiration dates.

I want to create a formula that shows the MAX date of these expiration dates.

In other words if I have the following dates (one in each expiration date field)

10/31/10

11/15/10

11/30/10

I want my formula to only return "11/30/10" out of the three date fields on the object.

How do I complish this?
