Has anyone experienced this before: Using an Okta workflow, we are unable to see any Vlocity fields in the account object in Production but can see them in UAT

Verify My Account takes me to the login page, not the initial page where I would enter my password. Tried the Forgot my Password, same thing.

Were looking for a clock in system for our staff as well as service users which can be integrated with salesforce. This should be either finger prints or date of birth etc. for confidentiality pruposes?
