Hi... I got an error when I try to create a Scratch org;

 sfdx force:org:create -f config\project-scratch-def.json --setalias sdev07 --durationdays 7 --setdefaultusername --json --loglevel fatal

error: location is not defined

I can open any other sandbox and DEV HUB.
