wanted to pull contacts & accounts

Hi All,

I wanted to pull some contacts and thier accounts using Excel connector. Can some body guide me on how I achive this.

Opportunity Notification email

I need to initiate a notification email when an opportunity is closed. I am on Prof.version so I can't use workflow. Is there a way to do this?
