Reports to Director of Inside Sales

Job Description

The Salesforce.com Admin will oversee the customization and support of Salesforce.com CRM system for the entire Mi5 Networks user base. Serve as the system administration “expert” resource for Salesforce.com users.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboard reports, field data customizations, page layout customization and custom tabs, objects and applications
• Generate custom reports for leads, sales opportunities and customers
• Develop ad-hoc reports for sales, marketing and finance departments
• Act as the internal help desk resource for Salesforce.com users
• Responsible for user training

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience of managing and customizing Salesforce.com
• 3+ years of supporting multiple departments, sales, marketing and finance
• Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
• Highly motivated, energetic and positive self starter with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and Internet

We need assistance getting a web to lead form processed in PHP. We have the script setup to email, write the data to mySQL and POST the data to SalesForce. We have not been able to get the SalesForce part to work.

Please help.

Is it possible to have more user accounts in the developer version of SalesForce?

We would like to be able to use more than two roles at the same time i.e. during internal educations.
