Is it possible to send Mass Email/Mail Merge using the results of a report?

Hello

I have a report tha tells me what are the members whose membership
dues are due (due date < today)
I run the report from the Donations, and I get the list of names etc.

Can I trigger the mass email/mail merge starting from this report?

My problem is that I try to create a View from the Contacts, I do not
have the information about their membership status. Is there any
AppExch that helps in that direction?

Cannot get excel connector to work with new security token

I have been scouring the boards for a month now looking for a solution to this problem but can only see people unhappy about constantly having to revalidate their pc when using a different IP address.
 
I haven't got it to work ever!   I have been using connector for Professional Edition for a year with no problems - it is a fantastic tool.   However when the new security token came in it kept on refusing to authorise the login - and I was very careful to add the token properly.
 
I always log in from different IP address, but surely it should have worked at least once.   Can anyone help?

Custom Objects: Lookup relationships to self

I just want to confirm that I can not create a Custom Object and then define a lookup relationship to that same Custom Object (to create a hierarchical relationship, for example). An example might be a Custom Object called "Folder" which has a lookup relationship called "Parent Folder" of type "Folder".
