Test Single Sign-On

Hi,
 
    Can someone please tell how we can test a single sign-on integration with Salesforce.COM site? We would like to setup Salesforce.COM to use its "Delegated Authentication" model for validating passwords.
 
    We have enrolled in the FREE developer edition, however still can't find a way to download AuthenticationService.wsdl file.
 
    Is there an equivalent logout call (perhaps Delegated Logout)?
