"Contact Connector" app not working correctly

I installed the "Contact Connector" from the AppExchange and placed it on the Contact page in my Developer account. However, when I click to view a contact, it only displays the contact page for a second and then it automatically opens the "Contact Connector" page as if I had clicked on "Create Connection"button. Any thoughts?

Recruiting Manager App - anyone using?

Our recruiter is giving this app a try - he likes but for one thing - we can't figure out how to convert APPLICANTS to CANDIDATES.  Anyone have a clue?  The app is from SFDC but I have no idea who to ask for some help.
