I enter many LEADS and rarely have Company information.  Our reps review the leads and convert.  They would know Company association.

My problem:
If I enter company as "none referenced" - when being converted - there is no Account Name picklist available.

Therefore, the rep would need to convert, then edit the Contact  (Contact View does show an Account Name picklist).

Then edit or add a new Account Name.

Is this right?  Is there an easier way to do this?

(However, if I enter a CONTACT - an Account picklist is available).

We are just getting started with SF and I'm trying to polish everything up. We've got the basics covered (I think) and each time we train someone on those basics it introduces a new question?

I am trying to make my opportunity name unique. I do not want 2 opportunities to have the same name.

How do I write this?
My company has a very cluttered Opportunity page.  We have one type of service that requires a bunch of additional information that is quire different from the general opportunity.  Can we set up some relationship whereby these additional fields are not shown unless the user selects thsi specific 'service' from the main opportunity type picklist?
