I activated calendar synchronization but the process always comes back with "no items to synchronize". I have made sure that I am using the correct Outlook mailbox etc. Any hints?
As far as I understand I can submit an e-mail to salesforce.com as a Task. However I'd more like to add it as an activity. Any way to do this?
We are still in the trial phase and Outlook integration is key for us.

I have installed Outlook Edition 3.2 twice. In Intellisync-Upgrade application I have deactivated all sync settings, except the ones for e-mail.

However, I cannot find ANY extension in the Outlook 2007 thick-client user interface. There are no context menu entries which would allow me to send e-mail to salesforce.com etc.

Any help?

("Disabled items" in "Help >" do not bring up any disbaled items.)
