Hi,

I installed the Print Anything package for one of my customers. After discovering that we would not be able to use Print Anything as the customer was using Professional Edition i uninstalled the package. The customer upgraded to Enterprise Edition 2 weeks later, and now when trying to install Print Anything it fails.

I have had replies from other posts indicating that this could be a bug and Salesforce will be implementing a fix. I have had no reply to indicate this to be true.

Has anyone encountered the same issue?

I logged 2 cases with SF support but the cases were closed saying that Salesforce does not support the package.

This is a very frustrating issue as the fail message does not indicate where there might be a problem.

Please could anybody reply with suggestions on how to get this issue resolved.

Thanks,

Rudster
I have a MANAGED BETA  package with a few objects, classes and triggers.

I install it successfully in a sandbox with no problem.

I am able to use this package and the objects in the package....but then...

suddenly and inexplicably, the objects that were part of the package disappear. When i look at "View Installed Packages", I still see my package but when I look at the entries
inside the package, it just shows the classes and triggers - the actual OBJECTS have vanished!!

This has happened at least 3 times.

I have another object X defined in the sandbox that references object Y defined in the package. The reference to field Y also disappears in object X!!

Interestingly, when I reinstall the package,  this reference REAPPEARS auto-magically - but of course I have lost all the reference data, since all objects of type Y have        disappeared as well.

when i fill 10000 in any field that is of number(18,0) type, comma appears like 10,000.
how it can be removed? is there any setting within salesforce?

thanks,
