"External Attachments" App Has Stopped Working

A couple of months ago, we installed and customized the "External Attachments" app from the AppExchange. We were able to get the App working until recently it, inexplicably, stopped working. Has this occurred for anyone else and, if so, have you found a fix?

does upsert support more than one 'external id field'?

does upsert support more than one 'external id field'? Because We have a scnario where we have a composite key comprising of 2 fields in salesforce Object, which should form the basis for deciding Update/Insert Operation.

We may have asked this question a year ago, at that time we have been told that this feature had not been supported.

Since Salesforce v15 is around the corner, we would like to know if this feature has been included in this coming release. If it has been included, would you please give us any information on how to use this new feature? It is better if you could create us a pre-release testing account. But if it has not been included, would you please tell us is there any workaround for this situation?

SF3 would be perfect if we could have ONE WAY and ACCOUNTS.

SF3 is amazing.  Having it run in the background will let us enjoy SF on our Macs and iPhones.  But why can't there be an option for ONE WAY sync?

Ideally, adding Accounts and Alarms would make it perfect, but just skipping the upload and allowing a user to choose that should not be too hard to implement?

Is there anyway I can help?  I'm desperate to make this work so I can enojoy SF on iPhone 2 when it comes out.  I used to code Java for a few years.  If so, let me know!
