Any one know how we can allocate more memory to ant for deployments? In windows we tried creating an enviromental variable with name =  ANT_OPTS and value = -Xmx640m but this made no difference.

 

Any other ideas?

Network Services Business
The Network Services Business, or NSB, is the central organization within GNS charged with developing, evolving and maintaining the network for our third party Partners around the globe.

The Analyst, Web Services position is the primary business driver for administering and delivering a customized, web-based CRM solution utilized by GNS globally.

Additionally, this position will provide key support to the administration of user access to a variety of American Express systems.

System administrator for a web-based CRM tool:
• Driving reengineering initiatives and process improvements for GNS teams to enhance customer service
• Enabling GNS teams by utilizing a web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to implement GNS projects
• Performing system administrator duties for the CRM tool, including routine maintenance, data manipulation, reporting, user profile administration, user training, system and data audits, documentation
• Understanding CRM technology and capabilities, staying up-to-date on new releases and technology
• Identifying areas to enhance and differentiate customer service
• Driving Self-Servicing initiatives
• Analyzing CRM-captured data related to Bank Partner servicing issues and identifying trends, gaps and opportunities for root cause resolution and enhanced Bank Partner servicing

Administrator for access to GNS/Amex systems:
• Developing and maintaining user setup documentation to ensure appropriate and accurate access to GNS systems, in addition to supporting audit requirements and internal user access controls.
• Evaluating and processing requests for access to GNS systems according to setup guidelines and servicing timelines.
• Processing the removal of access to GNS systems based on input from various sources.
• Recording and tracking access to GNS systems.
• Understanding GNS partner relationships and the subsequent impact(s) to GNS system access.
• Performing routine audits on user access.

 

 
• Business or operations background
• Knowledge of databases desired
• Proven ability to produce and analyze MIS and draw conclusions and make recommendations based on interpretations of the data
• Strong customer service focus
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) to produce reports and graphs using calculated metrics
• Experience working with web-based applications
• Commitment and willingness to see issues through to resolution
• Proven flexibility and adaptability in effectively driving results in an environment of changing priorities
• Knowledge of CRM or issues tracking tools (e.g. Salesforce.com)
• Experience with administrating access to systems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to interact with management and to influence and drive results without direct authority
• Understanding of the network business model and the credit card business including standard processes & terminology preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in business preferred
