Can the screen used to "Convert Lead" be changed?

I want to use visual force to modify this screen and add one of my custom fields to it.  is this possible?  I am not sure what controller I need to extend.  Please offer your advise.

where i found lead convert page layout

    Dear all

whenever suppose one click convert button he can find the page of convert lead. here i m attaching  that page
now i cant get where i find the page layout for that perticular becoze i want to diseble some fields of that page

please if anyone have solution reply me
