I'm trying to install the latest IDE 3.5 but keep receiving an error while Eclipse downloads the files.  I've tried fresh installs of Eclipse 3.5.2 and re-adding the Force.com IDE site http://www.adnsandbox.com/tools/ide/install/ but I still get the same error.

 An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
  session context was:(profile=epp.package.java, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.provisional.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=).
  Problems downloading artifact: osgi.bundle,com.salesforce.ide.api,18.0.0.201004191706.
    Downloaded stream not a valid archive. Check the server.
