Getting following alert error message on home page that appears to be related to Chatter Combo Pak.  I am using IE8. 

Any ideas ofwhat this means??

Internal Salesforce.com Query Error

Oddly enough, as an administrator, the page loads fine for me, but no one else. Sadly, I don't get the email this generates, so I can't really do any kind of troubleshooting. Has anyone seen this? Does anyone know how to get the email sent to me rather than ComboPack?

I just upgraded to Chatter Combo Pack 1.99 and now when I go into the Chatter Directory tab I get an error:

Collection size 1,053 exceeds maximum size of 1,000

All of the other tabs appear to work fine. Does anybody know of a work around?

Adding the VF page as an inline object to a standard page layout is not a viable option for my implementation.

Does anyone know of an example of someone re-creating the Chatter bar in VF?

We were successfully using Chatter in the Beta Version.  After our scheduled maintenance, we had to troubleshoot chatter and I was sent some IT instructions.  Once implemented, Chatter is working.  However, the Chatter Combo Pack is not working at all.  I uninstalled it and when I try to reinstall it, I cannot find the install.  Everything I click on says that the page is no longer available.  Obviously I haven't had time to read all the new release notes, could someone please advise?
