I have just created developer sandbox but i was not able to configure my custom settings it gives below stupid error

 

duplicate value found: SetupOwnerId duplicates value on record with id:xxxxxxxxx 

 

Please help ASAP

 

 

Hi,

I have configured an Email Service to allows incoming emails from any address by leaving blank the allowed domains and addresses.
Even though I did that, when ever a send an email to that service a get it bounced with a Email Service: 554 Transaction failed xxx@xxx.com  is not authorized to send emails to this service.

Does anybody has been facing this problem?
