1)Should have hands on experience in Requirement analysis, Design and development 2) Should have hands on experience in SFDC (Salesforce.com) Development 3) Should have hands on experience in Apex/Visual Force 4) Should have hands on experience in Salesforce.com configuration/Work flow
Skills
* Saleforce.com experience in both development and analyst roles. * APEX Code - sfa code * API Design * Knowledge of messaging technology * Experience with web programming including jsp, servlets HTML and JavaScript * 2+ years software product development experience in Java, C or C++ * Experience as a technical lead * Strong software design skills * Experience building usable highly scalable systems or applications * Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment * Ability to work on multiple projects against deadlines * Experience with web programming including jsp/servlets and web frameworks * Strong conceptual and problem solving skills * Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. Able to engage professionally and influence tactfully at all levels within the organization (For example, most meetings and conference calls are in English) * Ability to build and maintain credibility with internal and external contacts * Be proactive and work under limited supervision * SOAP / XML / WSDL * Good knowledge of SQL and relational database programming
