Help with formula - only business hours between two data ranges

Hello, I need a help wirh a formula trat brings me hours between two dates, including only business hours (8 AM - 6 PM) and also only from MONDAY to FRIDAY (excluding weekends). Thanks.

How to create a new section in a visualforce page layout?

Is there an easy way to include a new section to organize the fields on a visual force page layout, just like on Salesforce pages? (image below)

Inserting Assets using DataLoader

I am trying to insert assets using the data loader but it does not give me the assets object in the list of objects.  Also I can't find a "New" assets button when I go into Products.

 

I am the Administrator and I can do everythign else so what is the story with Assets.
