Uninstall Milestones PM (Unmanaged)

Hi,

I Would like to unistall the unmanaged package of Milestones PM Summer 11 and re-install with latest version. Havaing a difficult time uninstalling due to dependencies with apex classes, triggers etc.

Any suggestions?
