I have a client who is ready to scrap Salesforce.com because they are a Mac shop and are unable to use Mail Merge in Salesforce.com. At DreamForce, I saw several SFDC Developers with PowerBooks. Is there a plugin that I am not aware of? I checked AppExchange too - found nothing. Any help would be great. The Customer is anxious and upset. They are scheduled for go-live on March 27th.
