Tired of being a cog in the wheel?  We’re a fast-paced Salesforce ISV looking for a highly capable Salesforce Project Lead to help take our Customer Success / Implementation team to the next level. The Salesforce Project Lead is responsible for managing 3-5 implementation projects of Salesforce + SUMO Scheduler, which are typically 3-6+ month projects including discovery, design, build, uat, and go-live.  The Salesforce Project Lead will manage requirement gathering, solution design, managing client expectations, managing billable technical resources both onshore and offshore, assisting with installation & setup, producing weekly progress & utilization reports, and managing the budget of the project.

Build relationships with project stakeholders and executive sponsors
Participate in end to end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication, and change management.
Project manage the successful execution of multiple implementation projects which range from small business to enterprise size projects.
Gather and document requirements using our Use Case and BRD templates.
Design and document solutions based on your strong understanding of Salesforce platform, limitations, and best practices, which may include a configuration plan, a data model, basic wireframing, security settings, and more.
Manage your technical resources both onshore and offshore, to follow a standardized development lifecycle methodology.
Assist with installation and hands-on configuration & setup of the solution.
Facilitate review sessions with the client and your team.
Assist QA and user acceptance testing of the solution.
Produce a deployment and go-live plan to assure a smooth transition.
Prepare user documentation and training documentation as necessary.
Send weekly progress reports to include sprint or milestone updates, project gantt timelines with clear deadlines, and risks and resolutions.
Remain overly communicative with consistent updates to changes in etas, risks & resolutions, etc.

Bachelors degree
4+ years experience as a project lead or project manager.
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce.com administration, business analysis, and configuration experience.
Strong ability to interpret complex business processes and apply technical solutions through the Force.com platform
Ability to lead both small and enterprise engagements, facilitate meetings, leading customer support projects, mentoring teams of junior team members and effectively managing client escalations
Experience with enterprise integration, extract, transformation and load (ETL) tools, cloud based technologies
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Strong presentation and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with business process expertise around Sales and Customer Service / Support.
Experience managing an offshore team.
