IF you are working on CMS FORCE 2 please guide me how to start and how work on it, i have installed CMSFORCE2 app, created page template, created page but while page preview getting error something like formula field.

Hi David VP,
I have installed CMS Force 2 into our sandbox. The installation guide says I need to deploy the app via Setup/Installed packages, however when I try there is no option to deploy the app.
Also, when I try to access the App via sandbox I am instructed to enter in our SF domain url. When I do this there is no option to 'save' the domain, or move to the next screen etc - I am stuck on the page.
Appreciate any feedback/assistance you are able to give.
