I need to create a trigger that fires upon saving the new case record and that:
1. Lists and counts the number of cases by Owner with the Case.Status = "New" and that matches the Case.Priority (value) of the new case.
2. Selects the owner with the minimum number of cases of that priority and
3. It assigns this user as the owner for the new case.

My survey is not showing the Header and Logo info in those surveys that I send out to customers. Although, I am able to see the header and logo in the survey preview.

 

Also, my survey links are associated to the account and case information. Can I prevent he same survey from being answered more than once?
