We are running to endless run to resolve seemingly easy to reproduce Salesforce internal error. Apparently, success.salesforc.com, clearly do not support any developer question - "Developer support for standard customers and partners is supported directly through our community. If you have a developer support question, please visit our  Developer Forum."

Problem Description:
1) Go to Packages
2) Try to open CapacityBuilding
3) When I am clicking on CapacityBuilding at that time error occur:
An internal server error has occurred

Error ID: 1399653461-180237 (1910618002)

4) We don't have any backup plan any more as there is no option to even delete "manage" package.

I am trying to configure guest user account permission for "Standard" and "Custom" objects.  However, as shown in a screen below all the objects do not have access.

When I click on the each object (Account, Lead or Product) and go to individual object access as seen below, I cannot add "Read" access as everything is disabled.

I just got a standard developer force.com license. However, I do not see any way to create force.com site from my instance. Here is a screenshot of when I search for site in my Salesforce instance: Do not see any access to Force.com site in my developer instance.

Apparently, when we login to our non-profit instance, we can create new site. Please let me know what do I need to do create site?
