Hi All,

I'm attempting to import data into Salesforce via Data Loader. But I got issue with the column (Bank Account Number) that has data is the number with 14 digits. I'm trying the Upsert function and this column is chosen as identity, but Data Loader recognizes that these numbers are the same. The error log says that: 
Duplicate external id specified: 1.00e+14

I tried to format this column but as you know, csv file can't keep the format.

Could you please advise how to fix this issue.

I created an email template with type is HTML. I have set up a Link URL with the Parameter of it in this template, please see the link below:

Now I want to edit the Link URL and I also tried all "Edit HTML Version" and "Edit Text Version" button  but I did not see where to change it,  Please help me on this, thank you so much!

Hi , I have a question on Duplicate Record set. Trying to sent an Email notification using immediate workflow rule on new record create but looks like workflow rules are not triggering when a new Duplicate record set is created. Also tried updating a checkbox using trigger on this object but still workflow is not executing, what am I doing wrong?
