Hi all,
I'm done with salesforce for outlook integartion but having problem in sending calendar event from outlook to sfdc account and create it as a related event for the custom object(NOT Contact,Lead or Opportunity) in sfdc account.
Please anyone help me to sort out this issue.

I have configured salesforce for outlook through desktop integration.(selected sync both ways)

But whenever I create new event on record of my custom object, it is not syncing with my outlook calender.

plz help.

what i doing now is,i have written custom webservice and gave to sap team.we are planning connect salesforce system using  SSL certificate for mutual authentication.
my question is how to pass the certificate parameter with in custom webservices?
becoz they do not want use login credencials and other thing is SAP side there is no option to parse our WSDL.
so how to handshake our system through CUSTOM WSDL?
