Hello Salesforce,
I am hoping someone can help, in both the settings and the dropdown for the cIallenges i am unable to create a new Trailhead playground and there is not option to do so in the settings. On the challenge page where you can select the org to use, it does not allow be to select any other options apart from the one org that is marked as default in the setting page. Is there something wrong with the account, any assistance on this issue would be helpful. Thanks in advance
I am getting an error in challenger 2 and i am pretty sure all my headers are correct. The error is not really telling me much, can anyone help? thanks

I am get this error: "Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong:
The 'Opp Stage by Adventure' report does not appear to be configured correctly. Make sure it has the correct report type, groupings, filters and chart type".

I believe i configured the report according to the instructions but it is still showing and error. Any assistance or insight would be apreciated.
Does anyone have insight on preparing the data for this step, it says to import data for opportunities, explorers, adventures, opportunity contact roles, and adventure packages. Yet the Exel file only has 3 books, Explorer, Adventure and Opportunity ( which itself is mixed with all kinds of data). Is the data supposed to be cleaned up first?  Any assistance would be appreciated.
I am on Step 6 and getting an error, does anyone have input on this. Thanks in advance!!

I chose the Opportunity Object to start my Process - when record is created or edited

entry criteria {Opportunity}.StageName equals cancelled

Immediate Actions

Update Record - [Opportunity].Fullfillments_r

Criteria for Updating

Schedule Date Less than Reference [Opportunity.CreatedDate
Status Equals Cancelled

Set New fields

Adventure Package Cost reference [Opportunit].Amount

Has anyone completed this trail? I am stomped on challenge number 3, regarding created the process for fulfillment. Any pointers or guidance would be appreciated.

im doing the Reports & Dashboards Specialist superbadge, im stuck on the first part where you have to
Import survey and opportunity data into salesforce. i have imported the accounts, Opportunities and contacts but for some reason the account name isn't showing up in the contacts tab next to the name. im using dataloader but i have tried data import wizards but that didn't do a good job. on dataloder when you are mapping the fields there is no account name, so i searched up and says use accountid but that doesn't work  and fails to upload the data from the spreadsheet. the error is "Account ID: id value of incorrect type: Acestrip Sports" has this error for every one but different companies. How would i fix this?

thanks to who ever helps

I have a report that uses the contact record and I want to add the User object field "Last Login" to this report.

I believe I can do this with a trigger. Please let me know if I am on the right track. I should create a custom field on the contact object and use a trigger to populate the Last Login info into that custom field? Can you please help me write this code?

Thanks
Hello - I am attempting to create a formula that will allow us to build metrics on case turn around time.  The formula will output a number based off of the "status" picklist selection.
There are two picklist options that can trigger the formula and I am having trouble figuring out how to have one formula that references a picklist field be able to take action on more than one picklist option.
Below is what I have;

IF(TEXT(ThinkLP__Status__c) = "Verified True Variance", NOW() - CreatedDate, NULL)
OR(
IF(TEXT(ThinkLP__Status__c) = "Verified False Variance", NOW() - CreatedDate, NULL)

I have tried a number of different variations to the formual to no avail...any help is appreciated.

Thank You,
Christopher
