Hi All
Anyone please help me with finding the solution for this..how to make uploaded files in the case cannot be deleted by case owners or anyone else only system admin can able to delete that uploaded file. (there is no configuration changes can be done)

I have 2 objects product(parent object) and price(child object) and the  relationship is lookup .
I have a field amount in child object and i want  the sum of  amont field  like Roll-up summery field.
How can i get this.
